Swedbank AS has confirmed the loan provision to the apartment association, which is intended for the preparation of the geodetic base plan, general construction works, roofing works, electrical installation works, heating and ventilation system works, and other necessary works. The disbursement of the loan will occur according to the contractor's invoices and work acceptance acts, with the prerequisite being the confirmation of independent construction supervision that the project will be completed within the planned budget and loan amount.
